Hello, I’m Elizabeth Harrin. Welcome!

I’m an author and mentor and I do the job of project managing as well. I support project managers individually through 1:1 mentoring , and also through my small group membership scheme, Project Management Rebels.

PM Rebels is a fantastic, supportive community that exists to serve the members and share knowledge. I’m constantly trying my best to bring great experts into the group and provide members with personalised responses to their questions. They know I’m in their corner.

Project Management Rebels is our community for learning and support as project managers. I love this model where I can work with a small group and help you develop skills and confidence.

But PM Rebels isn’t for everyone. I’ve been working with some colleagues to put together a larger community that meets a different need.

Announcing #ThePMTribe!

Six subject matter experts and thought leaders (bleurgh, I hate that term) have come together as the Faculty of #ThePMTribe .

So what is #ThePMTribe?

It is a collaborative community that will
have 6 of the brightest minds (listen to us blowing our own trumpets!!)
in project management leading discussions and creation of new ideas to
grow the influence of individual practitioners!

Get Project Confident

My focus in the Tribe is to help you be repeatably good and confident with it. My group is called Getting Work Done with More Confidence so in my sessions we’ll be covering core skills and looking at real life situations for the messy bits of day to day project management.

I’ve spent most of my career in IT and business change, across financial services and healthcare, here in the UK and I spent some time working in France too.

I’m a Fellow of the Association for Project Management and I have a number of other degrees and certifications but what’s most relevant to you is that I work with and hear from project managers every day who have similar struggles.

Whatever your professional challenges or goals, trust me, someone else has been there and you are not alone. Looking forward to chatting to you in my sessions!

Who are the Faculty?

Colin D Ellis

Elizabeth Harrin, FAPM

And me. I started managing projects in 2000 and have worked in financial services and healthcare, in the UK and France. I am a Fellow of the APM in the UK.

I’m the author of the PMI bestselling book, Collaboration Tools for Project Managers (and a bunch of other books).

I now work with individuals as a mentor and trainer to help them turn what they learned to pass their PM certifications into workable strategies for real world, busy teams.

What’s in it for me?

#ThePMTribe is a collaborative community focused on helping you increase your influence by giving you access to amazing coaching and mentoring!

The 6 faculty will freely share their expertise and experience in defined specialties (i.e. lanes) during facilitated conference call discussions.

Each faculty member will host a weekly call — so you will have access to 6 calls per week — where the faculty member will offer a short “teaching” on the topic and then get directly to answering your questions and coaching you with ideas to handle your challenges.

They will be your “thinking partners.”

Listen live or to the recordings

The calls will be recorded and archived on our Members Only website in case you miss them. The archive will be your “library of exclusive content” from our faculty-experts that you can search and use to help with any problem… any time!

We want to handle the hardest issues and thorniest problems as your trusted advisors. Not fluffy dialogue or high level concepts.

We want you to be able to get solid answers to real issues occurring in your workplace and then deliver powerful solutions that increase your influence! We want to see you get promoted!!

Can I earn PDUs through #ThePMTribe?

Yes. While we are not creating PDU opportunities just to obtain PDUs, there will be PDUs offered (of course).
